Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the product’s availability. Estimated delivery times are between 2 to 8 working days, but are not guaranteed.

We will not be held responsible for any delays caused by external factors, such as weather, carrier issues, or customs delays.

Order Cancellation and Modifications

You may cancel or modify your order before it has been processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Product Descriptions

We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we cannot guarantee that all content on our website, including descriptions and images, is completely accurate, complete, or free from errors.

Please note that product labels are primarily in English, but some may also be in Italian depending on the batch. Due to international and domestic shipping, product packaging may occasionally arrive with minor damage. Rest assured, the products inside remain sealed and untouched.

If you receive a product that is not as described, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy.
