Usage

One tablet per day. Swallow with water or a cold drink (not a hot drink like tea or coffee as this may cause the tablet to disintegrate too early). Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Ultra Bilberry, Lutein & Zeaxanthin may be used for as long as required.
