Usage

Take one tablet per day, preferably take with a main meal. These chewable tablets are not designed to be swallowed whole. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Do not give to children under 4 years. There is no need to take an additional multi-vitamin. Store below 25°C in a dry place, out of sight and reach of children.

Warnings & important information

When will my order arrive?

Locally stocked orders ship from our warehouse in Caloocan City. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days after payment confirmation for prepaid orders, or after order confirmation for Cash on Delivery (COD).

After dispatch, estimated delivery is 3–6 calendar days within Metro Manila or 7–12 calendar days outside Metro Manila. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Dispatch means handover to the courier, not arrival at your address. See our shipping policy for full details. For special orders or items awaiting stock, confirm the dispatch time with us before ordering.
